Limited Warranty — 3-Year / 5-Year / 10-Year
Thank you for choosing our products. We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our travel products. This document explains the terms and conditions of our limited warranty.
1. Coverage Period
We offer a 3-Year / 5-Year / 10-Year limited warranty from the date of purchase based on specific product you have purchased. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and covers defects in workmanship and materials under normal use during the warranty period.
Eligibility: This warranty is valid only for products purchased at full retail price from authorized retailers or our official store. Products purchased at discounted prices, clearance sales, outlet stores, or third-party deal sites are not eligible for warranty coverage.
2. What Is Covered
- Defects in Workmanship: Issues arising from improper assembly or manufacturing flaws in the construction of the product.
- Defects in Materials: Faulty or substandard materials used in production that result in malfunction or damage during normal use.
3. What Is Not Covered
- Airline or Third-Party Mishandling: Damage caused by mishandling by airlines, baggage handlers, or other third parties (dents, cracks, tears, broken components).
- Normal Wear and Tear: Gradual breakdown of materials due to regular use, such as scuffs, scratches, fading, and wheel/handle/zipper degradation.
- Cosmetic Damage: Minor cosmetic issues that do not affect functionality.
- Unauthorized Repairs: Damage caused by repairs or alterations not authorized by us.
- Incidental or Consequential Damages: Loss of personal items or costs such as replacement product during repairs.
- Discounted or Clearance Purchases: Items purchased at discounted prices or from unauthorized sellers, outlet stores, or deal platforms are excluded.
4. Warranty Claim Process
- Proof of Purchase: Provide valid proof of purchase showing the date, full retail price, and retailer information.
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team via the provided contact link to initiate a warranty claim.
- Evaluation: We may require the product to be shipped to us for evaluation.
- Repair or Replacement: If covered, we will, at our discretion, repair the product with new or refurbished parts or replace it with a new or similar model subject to availability.
Shipping costs: Whether for repair, replacement, or return, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs related to sending the product to our service center, unless otherwise required by applicable law. Any repaired or replaced item will remain covered only for the remainder of the original warranty period.
5. Customer Responsibilities
- Properly pack and ship the product when requested for warranty service.
- Cover all shipping costs to and from our evaluation center.
- Provide proof of full-price purchase and comply with all warranty terms for eligibility.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state or country to country.
